This iCube x Mind HK workshop, for HKU staff members only, has invited an experienced mental health trainer from Mind HK for a powerful session on navigating mental health conversations. Participants explored barriers to seeking help and walked away with practical tools to better support students, colleagues, and loved ones through difficult moments. The talk was followed by a networking session, allowing participants to connect with colleagues across various HKU faculties and departments.
